In-Custody Admissions
Welcome to Center Point DAAC’s Dr. Sushma D. Taylor Recovery Center
If your loved one or client is being released from custody and admitted to our residential treatment program, this page provides important information to help you understand the process and ensure a smooth transition.
Clients in custody, or their families, can request a preliminary acceptance letter by completing the Acceptance Letter Request Form. If you are an agency representative—such as from the Public Defender's Office, District Attorney's Office, CPS, Law Enforcement, or another agency—please utilize our Inter-Agency Referral Form. Preliminary acceptance letters will be sent directly to the contact information provided in the submitted referral form.
