The new client enrollment process is as follows:

Call our office at 707-544-3295 and schedule an intake appointment. If you do not want to schedule an appointment, you can come to our office at 2403 Professional Drive, Suite 102, Santa Rosa, CA 95403 on Thursdays between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM to enroll in Outpatient and REAP (MAT) services. All clients who come to open enrollment on Thursdays are served on a first come, first serve basis.

We do not admit people to services on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal holidays.

You will meet with an admissions counselor to complete your services screening, assessment, and if accepted into treatment, you will complete all of your new client paperwork and start services.
